This year, choose one small easy healthy habit that you can do every day. Commit to it. Maybe it is eating breakfast, taking 5 minutes in the evening to clear your mind, eating a serving of vegetables with dinner every evening, or drinking 1 glass of water before every meal.
Choose something that is so easy, you know you'll be able to do it every day. Then do it, without fail. Start and stay on your "streak". Chances are once you are completing this one healthy action every day, you will find yourself completing other healthy behaviors too. Maybe you'll exercise more or eat a more healthful diet. Maybe you'll go to bed a bit earlier and drink more water too.
Before you know it, your simple "streak" will encompass more and more healthy behaviors, and soon you will be living a healthy lifestyle. You'll be stronger, have more energy, and be a happier, healthier version of you!
