- 1 small package fresh blueberries
- 1 small package fresh strawberries
- 2 large tubs nonfat Greek yogurt
Procedure:Empty yogurt into 9×13 in baking dish and spread evenly. You can mix yogurt with 2 tablespoons of raw honey to give the yogurt a sweetened taste. Arrange rinsed blueberries in the top left corner of your dish. Rinse strawberries and slice in half. Arrange strawberry slices as stripes to create an American Flag. Keep chilled until ready to serve. Put it in the freezer for 20 minutes before serving. Do not freeze completely, unless you want to throw it through a brick wall instead of eating it.
